| 摘 要： | 以县域为评价单元，采用快速评估方法进行中国洪水灾害危险度评价分级和可持续发展指数评价分级，并在此基础上对洪水灾害与可持续发展内在关系的区域差异进行探索。结果表明，中国洪水灾害与可持续发展的区域分异明显，根据两者内在关系特征可分为4类区域，各区域洪水灾害对可持续发展的影响类型与机理有所不同。各区域又可细化为若干子区，通过落于不同区域及其子区内的县市分析，可找到各区域内大多数县市的共同特征和代表性的县市，为防洪减灾战略决策提供参考。

| Abstract: | Rapid assessment approach is applied to the flood hazard and sustainable development in China based on specified multi-layer indicator systems using county level administrative region as mapping units. According to the interrelationships of flood hazard and sustainable development index,a new classification system is used to map China into four regions.
