自动循回光电检漏报警仪的研制和应用

摘    要:此仪器是利用光电转换原理研制的。强光灯泡发出的平行光被硅光电池接收,转化成光电流,光电流的大小决定于通过净煤气管道的灰尘量的多少,显示表头随时示出灰尘浓度的数值。当灰尘浓度超过设定的上限值时,循检仪立即发出声光报警信号,说明某箱体中有布袋破损,应立即更换。

Abstract:The instrument is developed according to the principal of photoelectricity transform.The parallel light beams sent by the strong light bulbes are received by the silicon photocell,which is changed into photocurrent.The strength of the photocurrent depends on the dust content which passes the clean gas pipeline,The display unit indicates constantly the value of the dust density.When the dust density exceeds the given upper limit value, the leak detector aroused an alarming signal instantly,which means one of the cloth sack in a certain tank has leaked,it needs to be changed immediately.
