An Investigation into and Thinking about the Effects of the Training Programs for Guangxi Cadres of Ethnic Minorities

By discussions, interviews, questionnaires, and access to documentation, this paper concludes that the training program for Guangxi Cadres of Ethnic Minorities, since its inception in 2001, has gained remarkable social benefits, accumulated rich experiences, and won praise from the society. At the same time, there do exist some problems which still need further improvement, innovation and development.
