| 摘 要： | 阐述了由ＰＣ（个人计算机）和ＰＬＣ（可编程逻辑控制器）构成两级微机监控管理系统的理论和方法．系统由下位机ＰＬＣ（ＩＰ１６１２）在现场采集全厂各车间的设备运转状态数据，然后经串口通讯的方式实时地传送至上位机ＰＣ（８０３８６）．在上位机上以车间为单位分画面显示全厂的工艺流程模拟图，并在图上根据下位机传送来的数据实时动态地显示各设备的当前运转状况．该系统为某白水泥厂设计开发，取得了良好的经济效益和管理效益．

| Abstract: | This paper explains the principle and method of forming management system supervised by two-grade micro-computer with PC (Personal Computer) and PLC (Programming Logic Controller). The data of equipment's running state are collected by controlling computer PLC (IP1612) and delivered to supervisory computer PC (80386) by means of serial port.The analog map of technological process of the whole factory is displayed on different pictures according to workshops, and the running state of every equipment is realtimely, dynamically displayed according to data delivered by controlling computer IP1612. |
