| 摘 要： | 基于人的个性发展而实施的个性教育活动，在不同历史时期其内涵和主题得到不断丰富和拓展；当代个性教育的核心主题无疑是对个体的创造性教育和培养，这与高等教育的本质要求内在一致，顺应了时代的要求和呼唤；因此，高校必须转变教育观念，尊重个性，因材施教，实施个性教育，创设适宜的教育教学环境，构建既有利于大学生个性发展又有利于其创新能力培养的教育教学体系及其体制，这是培养大学生创新能力的现实选择。

| Abstract: | At different time,there are different significances and subjects for the personality education based on individual activity.The key to the modern personality is to develop the innovative individuality,which agrees with the essence of the higher education and meets the demand of times.Therefore,it is essential for the universities to shift their educational notion,respect for the individual,teach according to the individual character and carry out the individual.It is a practical choice for the universities to construct a favorable teaching environment,build up a teaching system which benefits both to the college students' individuality and to their innovative development. |
