马尾松的酚醛树脂改性的研究

摘    要:马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb)木材是我国南方的重要结构用材,但是它易受真菌和害虫的侵害,以及当这种木材中水分含量发生变化时其尺寸容易发生变化,致使其用途受到限制。本研究试图用低聚酚醛树脂来浸注木材,以提高其抗腐力、尺寸稳定性和其它机械强度。试验室试验表明改性材具有优良的抗腐性能和尺寸稳定性,其它力学性能也有明显的改善。

Abstract:Masson's pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb) wood is an important structural wood in southern China. But its uses are rcstricted because it is susceptible to fungi and insects, moreover, its dimension will be changed when the wood moisture content is varied. This study attempts to improve the decay tesista-nce, dimensional stability and other mechanical strengths of masson's pine wood by being imprognated with low polymeric phenol formaldeyde resin. La-boratory tests indicate that modified wood has an excellent decay resistance and dimensional stability. Other mechanical strengths are evidently improved.
