企业跨区域创新合作的形成机制与实现路径研究

在阐述区域创新合作的内涵、构成要素及特征的基础上,探讨了跨区域创新合作的形成机制,包括创新要素区域异质性机制、企业—科研机构产业行业同质性机制、成果交易诱导机制和政府推动机制。并从政府、市场参与主体的角度提出了跨区域创新合作的实现路径,即政府推动引导、完善市场环境、协调关系注意耦合效应以及建立跨区域合作战略联盟等。

Research on the Formation Mechanism and Implementation Paths of Cross-regional Enterprise Innovation Cooperation

Based on the connotation , elements and features of the regional innovation cooperation , the thesis discusses the formation mechanism of cross-regional innovation cooperation , including the regional heterogeneity mechanism of innovation elements , the indus-trial homogeneity mechanism of enterprises-research institutions , the induction mechanism of achievements transformation and the gov-ernment promotion mechanism .It also puts forward the implementation paths of cross-regional innovation cooperation , such as the gov-ernment’ s promotion and guidance , the improvement of marketing environment , the relationship coordination by noticing coupling in-duction, the establishment of strategic alliances for cross-regional cooperation and so on .
