创业投资发展障碍及对策研究

近年来,创业投资在我国发展迅速,各地掀起了创业投资的热潮,在创业投资获得一定发展的同时仍存在着许多障碍,主要包括入口障碍、管理障碍、发展环境障碍、制度障碍及推出障碍等。针对这些障碍提出了一系列解决对策,即拓宽资金来源渠道,加强创业投资经营管理,对创业投资进行监控和激励,完善创业投资发展环境,建立高效率的企业制度,健全创业投资退出机制。

Study on the Obstacles and Countermeasures to the Development of Venture Investment

In recent years , venture investment has developed rapidly in our country , people all over the country have enthusiasm about venture investment .Venture investment has got certain development , but there exist many obstacles , such as entrance obstacle , man-agement obstacle , environment obstacle , institution obstacle , withdrawal obstacle and so on .Aiming to these obstacles , this paper puts forward some solutions , including widening capital source channel , enhancing operation management , giving supervision and encour-age, improving developmental environment , establishing efficient enterprise institution and perfecting withdrawal mechanism of venture investment .
