| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种新的投资方案选优决策方法，即层次──—灰色关联分析法。该方法克服了决策者的主观影响和不必要的计算误差，保护了已有的信息，保证了结论的正确，比模糊综合评判法优越、实用、操作方便。

| Abstract: | A new decision approach called AHP-grey relational grade analysis on the optimization for multi-programmes of the investment project is proposed in this paper.The ap-proach is superior to fuzzy synthetical methods for surmounting the subjective influence on the policymaker, reducing the unnecessary calculation error, protecting previous information,obtaining more precise conclusion and giving a simplecalculation method. |
