中国当代家族企业的可持续发展

家族企业在我国现阶段有其存在的必要性与合理性，但也存在许多制约其进一步发展的问题。鉴于我国家族企业特殊的成长背景和发展环境，完全摒弃家族制，建立现代企业制度并不是一种现实选择。目前我国家族企业可持续发展的理想选择是由传统家族企业向现代家族企业转变，即在保持家族对企业拥有控股权和主要经营权的前提下，吸收现代企业制度的某些优点，实现家族制和现代企业制度的有机结合，走一条融合家族企业和现代企业制度优势的中间道路。

The Sustainable Development of Family Firms in Current China

The existence of family firms has its necessity and rationality in current China, but there are also many problems restricting their further development. In view of the special growth background and development envirenment of family firms in China, it is not a realistic choice to completely abandon the family - management system while establishing the modem enterprise system. An ideal choice, to maintain the sustainable development of family firms at present, is transforming the traditional family firms into modem family firms by creating a middle way of integrating the merits of both the family firms and modem enterprises, i.e., under the premise that the family has the control over shareholding and the maintenance of major management rights, those family firms may absorb certain merits of modem enterprise system and realize the organiccombinafion of the two.
