高压共轨喷油器关键参数仿真分析及改进

摘    要:高压共轨喷油系统的喷油规律、动态响应特性和动态压力特性可以综合反映系统性能.应用GT-FUEL软件研究了喷油器参数进回油孔直径对系统喷油规律、动态响应特性和动态压力特性的影响,确定了进回油孔直径的合理大小.为了进一步缩短针阀关闭时间,设计了增加一条进油通道的喷油器改进方案并对其进行了仿真,仿真结果表明该设计明显缩短了针阀关闭时间.

Abstract:Injection rate,dynamic response characteristics and dynamic pressure characteristics of high pressure common rail fuel injection system can together reflect the performance of the system.The inlet hole diameter and outlet hole diameter of the injector key parameters are studied by applying the software of GT-FUEL,a reasonable size of the diameters of inlet and outlet hole is determined.In order to further reduce the needle closing time,another inlet hole is increased.The results indicate that the design obviously shorten the needle closing time.
