叉车门架结构的有限元分析

摘    要:利用三维建模软件Pro/E对某叉车门架进行实体建模,并将其导入ANSYSWorkbench进行有限元分析;计算出了门架的强度和刚度,并与实测数据进行了对比,验证了模型的准确性,为叉车门架结构的优化设计提供了参考.

Abstract:We built the entity modeling of fork lifter using the modeling software Pro/E, made the finite element analysis by ANSYS Workbench, calculated the strength and stiffness of portal frame, and compared with the experimental data. The results showed that the analysis model was correct, and it provided a reference for the optimization design of portal frame.
