"德法并举"治国思想的法理探讨

面对充满希望与挑战的新世纪，江泽民同志提出“对一个国家的治理来说，法治与德治从来都是相辅相成、相互促进的”的重要治国思想，这是一个蕴涵着党和国家重大利益的现实课题。为此，本着探索国家长治久安之路，本文阐释了江泽民“德法并举”这一治国思想深厚的法理基础，进一步论证了这一治国思想是对马克思主义的国家学说特别是治国理念的新发展。

A Discussion On The Administration The State Through Moral & Legal Education

Facing the hopeful and challenging new century, comrade Jiang Zeming pointed out that moral administration and legal administration have supplemented each other ever since. It is realistic subject relating to our party and country's virtual interests. In order to explore a way to secure the country for a long term, this paper expounds the very thought to be solid foundation of the law theory,and proves that it is the new development of Marxist state theory, especially of the viewpoint of state administration.
