东北红豆杉雌株枝、叶生长过程中内源激素变化的实验研究

摘    要:利用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定了东北红豆杉雌株枝、叶生长过程中脱落酸(ABA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)及玉米核苷素(ZR)的含量变化,测定结果表明:4种内源激素中ABA,GA含量较高,IAA,ZR含量明显少于前两者;在生长期IAA,ZR含量增加;在休眠期ABA,GA含量明显高于生长期;叶中4种内源激素含量高于枝中内源激素的含量.

Abstract:The content variation of ABA, IAA, GA and ZR during the development of female branch and leaf of Taxus cuspidata was measured with ELISA. The results showed that content of ABA and GA are higher than that of IAA and ZR in four kinds of endogenous hormones. Content of IAA and ZR increases during growth period. Content of ABA and GA in growth period is less than that of ABA and GA in dormancy stage. Endogenous hormones of leaf is more than that of branch.
