摘    要:为合理评价规划路网的服务水平,引入平均到达饱和度与延误率指标,以克服单一饱和度指标对路网交通流分配评价的不足.交通分配过程中,根据交通流三参数之间的关系,推导出路段交通量与出行时间成一个“侧峰曲线”关系,采用交通分配模拟法基于“侧峰”路阻进行交通分配,引入了到达交通量和通过交通量的概念,并提出了平均到达饱和度和延误率指标对道路网络交通流评价的方法.

Abstract:At the traffic planning stage, the traffic assignment results need to be evaluated. At present, only the saturation ratio index is used to evaluate static traffic assignment results, which is not profound. Based on the traffic theory, the "side peak" function of traffic volume and travel time was deduced, and concepts of arriving traffic and through traffic were introduced for traffic assignment simulation method according to the "side peak" impedance function. The average arriving saturation rate and delaying ratio as two major index to weigh road network level of service were proposed.
