Study on Relationship between Township Government Officials and Peasants and the Corresponding Strategy

The major problems facing the relationship between the township government officials and peasants can be often found in such bad phenomenon as the arbitrary dues and quotas,random fund collection and banquets at public expense.The solution to deal with such problems lie in two aspects: finding out the ways to guarantee the well-off living standard of the township government officers and granting the right of the peasants to test and assess the political achievements done by the officers.At the same time,we must perfect the mechanism of setting up a harmonious relationship between the two sides,and assure these officials to practice the policy of being close and attached to the ordinary people by establishing laws and rules.
