| 摘 要： | 研究中度高原地区血清尿酸(UA)和胆红素(TB)与冠心病(CHD)的关系.方法将我院120例诊断为冠心病患者为冠心病组,在我院体检的正常人群120例为对照组.对冠心病组和对照组检测血清尿酸浓度和胆红素浓度.结果冠心病组与对照组相比,血清尿酸水平显著升高(p<0 01);胆红素浓度显著降低(P<0 01).显示血清尿酸和胆红素与冠心病具有相关性.结论血清尿酸和胆红素对冠心病诊断具有临床使用价值.

| Abstract: | Object: To study of the serum bilimbin and high lithemia in predictingcoronary heart disease in Xining . Method: We determained 120 patients ysing,comparing with normal range at Xining control. Result: The TB and DB level weresignificantly lower than Xining control (p<0.01) in CHD; the UA level was muchhigher than Xining control (p<0.01) in CHD. Conclusion: The changes of serumbilimbin and uric acid is an important factor of arteriosclerosis ,which can rise to CHD.Aproper treatment should be given when low TB and DB or high UA happens. |
