摘    要:建立了微分电位溶出法测定食用油中镉含量的方法.优化了试验条件如pH值、电沉积电位、平衡电位等,线性范围:镉0~16 ng;检出限0.24 ng/mL,RSD=2.4%(n=7).该法测定食品样品结果与石墨炉原子吸收法一致.

Abstract:The method of determining cadmium conten in edible oil by differential potentiometric stripping analysis was established and the experimental conditions were optimized.The linear range of the method was 0~16 ng,its detection limit was 0.24 ng/mL and its RSD was 2.4 %(n=7).Thecadmium content in flour determined by this method had no obvious difference from that determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
