| 摘 要： | 报道了大麦叶绿体分裂的全过程。发现叶绿体是在长轴的中部或近中部产生缢痕、逐渐紧缩并断裂为两个子叶绿体的。并对遗传性黄化大麦叶绿体的结构特征、叶绿体分裂机制、同步性及子叶绿体的大小等进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The process of division of chloroplast in harley is first described in this paper. Theprocess begins with the fracture around the middle part of the longitudinal axile of the chloroplast.Then thechloroplast gradually contracts until it breaks into two daughter chloroplasts. Based on the observation of theprocess the paper discusses the structure of the chloroplast,the divisional mechanism and synchronism andthe size of the daughter chloroplasts in the yellowish barley. |
