深海采矿系统虚拟样机及联动特性研究

摘    要:以中国1000m多金属结核海试系统为研究对象,基于多刚体动力学的理论,建立了该整体系统虚拟样机模型。分析了不同联动速度及不同海流方向下整体系统的联动特性。仿真结果表明,联动速度及海流方向对于整体系统联动特性有很大影响,为采矿系统的设计和开采作业的联动控制提供理论依据和技术参考。

Abstract:Based on multi-body dynamics, the virtual prototype of 1000m deep-ocean mining system was built for dynamic analysis. The effects of the different velocities and different current direction were studied. Numerical simulations show that velocity and current direction both have a great influence on dynamic behavior of the entire deep-ocean mining system. These dynamic analyses can provide theoretical explanation and technical reference for the design and operation of mining system.
