硫酸镍生产工艺改进

摘    要:硫酸镍工业生产中除钙、镁常用化学沉淀法,但同时带进氟离子.以硅酸凝胶法除钙、镁、氟,能达到电池用硫酸镍中钙、镁、氟含量的要求.本文通过正交试验,得出最佳除氟条件为pH值为1,反应时间为1.5h,反应温度为90-95℃.

Abstract:Ca, Mg can be removed by chemical precipitation in the production of nickel sulfate, but F- can be brought into nickel sulfate. The method for removal of Ca, Mg by silicic acid congealed gel was reported in this paper, the content of Ca, Mg, F- can reach the requirement of battery material. The orthogonal experiments were carried out. The optimal conditions: Ph=l, and reaction time is 1.5 hours, and reaction temperature is 90-95 22.
