摘 要: | 在系统推导物、热平衡计算模型的基础上,结合线性规划方法,以高炉用料成本最低为目标,以满足高炉冶炼的物、热及化学约束为条件,以通过冶金性能试验和基于遗传算法+最小二乘支持向量机的自优化智能模型预测得到的炉料冶金性能指标为辅助参考,建立了炉料结构分析及性价评估体系。该体系可有效实现高炉含铁炉料结构成本优化、冶金性能指标预测和分析以及含铁炉料和喷吹煤粉的定量化性价评估。

Abstract: | Based on metallurgical property tests and theoretical analysis, the development and applica- tion examples of iron-bearing burden structure analysis and performance-cost assessment system for the blast furnace (BF) are expounded. Material and heat balance, linear programming, genetic algo- rithm (GA) and least square support vector machine (LS-SVM) are used in the system model. The system can effectively realize the cost optimization of iron-bearing burden structure, predict and ana- lyze the metallurgical performance indexes, and assess the quantitative performance-cost ratio of iron- bearing burden and coal blowing. |
