| Abstract: | In recent years, University of Science and Technology of China has obtained some useful experience on how to follow the rule of scientific development, promote original scientific and technological innovation. Based on the innovation examples of quantum information science, this paper described some reflection and exploration systematically, about how to make the strategic plans, build talent teams, and organize projects, etc. in the University of Science and Technology of China. |
