摘    要:近年来,中国科学技术大学在如何遵循科学发展规律、推动原始科技创新方面取得了一些有益的经验。本文以量子信息科学创新为例,较为系统地阐述了中国科学技术大学在战略部署、人才团队建设、项目组织等方面所做的一些思考与探索。

Abstract:In recent years, University of Science and Technology of China has obtained some useful experience on how to follow the rule of scientific development, promote original scientific and technological innovation. Based on the innovation examples of quantum information science, this paper described some reflection and exploration systematically, about how to make the strategic plans, build talent teams, and organize projects, etc. in the University of Science and Technology of China.
