立井基岩段井壁设计问题的研究

摘    要:根据实测地压分布规律,找出井筒的危险截面,进行应力分析,取该截面的最大单向应力级数展开式的主部代入安全条件,推出直接由实测地压值计算安全井壁厚度的简便计算公式。其中的误差,由修正系数K来调整,并以某千米立井和500m深立井的危险断面井壁设计分析为例,给出了明确的K值范围。又通过基岩段井壁破坏专题调研,总结了井壁破裂的五种类型,提出了井壁结构应考虑正常情况下承压和特殊条件下让压或分压的综合设计方法。

Abstract:According to the rock pressure distribtion measured in situ, the dangerous section of the shaft is found, and stress is analysed, the main prat of the maximum uniaxial stress progression expansion formula for the section is substituted into safety condition, then simple formulas for calculationg the safe walling thickness directly by using observing rock pressure are developed. The error from calculation is adjusted by the modified coefficient K. and the definite range of K is given by taking, the analysis of walling design of the dangerous sections is some shafts which are 1000m and 500m long respectively as examples. Five types of walling breaking are classified by the special investigation of broken walling in base rock, and synthetical design method is developed, in which the walling structure is designed by considering the bearing pressure under the normal coalition and yielding pressure or partial pressure under the special conditions
