一个基于OpenGL的分子建模系统的设计与实现

摘    要:和一般的可视化系统相比,分子建模系统具有更多的交互式操作。本文根据OpenGL的特点,设计了一个基于状态机的层次式的分子建模系统。系统分为数据表达和数据操作两个部分,通过用户图形界面将它们有机的联系在一起。事实证明,这种结构易于继承和扩展,且具有一定的普遍意义。

Abstract:Comparing to a normal visualization system, a molecule-building system has more interactive operations. This paper presents a molecule-building system based on state machine and hierarchy, which uses OpenGL as the graphics library. The system contains two parts, one for drawing the data and the other for editing the data, which are connected by the GUI. It has been proved that this structure is easy for using and extending.
