体育教师专业化发展之困境与思考

摘    要:结合体育教师专业化研究现状,认为体育教师专业化研究存在着以下困境:以外在标准去衡量、标定体育教师职业专业性的观念困境,注重以自然科学为依据的知识而忽视现实中体育教师行为知识的知识困境,以及不注重专业发展环境的研究,而仅仅研究体育教师个体的专业发展行为的行为困境等.在对这些困境进行理性思考的基础上,对后续的研究思路进行了理论探索,并提出体育教师专业化研究应该更加注重体育教师社会背景、心理驱动机制的研究,认识到博雅教育观、缄默知识对体育教师的重要性,而合作式的专业环境的研究也是后续研究应该关注的.

Abstract:Probing into the present resent research situation of physical education teachers' professionalization the(authors) find idea,knowledge and behavior predicaments exist in the research of physical education teachers' specialization.Based on rational ponderation on these predicaments,theoretical exploration is made into follow-up research and proposals are put forward that the research of physical education teachers' specialization should emphasize the research on social background and the psychological actuation mechanism of the physical education teachers.It is also suggested that we should reaize the importance of learned education view and silent knowledge to physical education teachers.Besides,attention should be paid to the professional environment of the cooperative type in the follow-up research.
