| 摘 要： | 律师文化建设是2000年我国律师行业提出的一个新课题。考察了律师文化的内涵及其本质,并从律师职业的定位和律师的职业使命,依法治国建设社会主义法治国家,律师行业的现状等方面论述了律师文化建设的必要性,最后分析了我国律师文化建设的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Lawyer culture construction is a new problem put forward by the profession of lawyer of our country in the year 2000.This thesis investigates on the connotation and essence of lawyer culture construction.It also disserts the necessity of lawyer culture construction from four aspects,which are the localization of lawyer profession,the errand of lawyer profession,building a socialist country ruled by law and actualities of lawyer profession.At the end of this thesis,it analyzes the basic ways of lawyer culture construction. |
