铰链梁数值分析及疲劳估算

摘    要:针对某容器厂一种形状复杂的超高压容器中的铰链梁进行了有限元数值计算、应力分析和疲劳寿命估算。并对直接影响计算结果的翘曲脱离,进行了计算分析和特别处理,确定了翘曲范围,改善了应力分布,为该厂这一高新设备的设计提供了重要的理论依据和计算数据。

Abstract:This paper makes sol id elemcnt computing, stress analysis and fatigue years cstimating in view of hinge bridge of the top pressure vessel with complicated shape. And carrys on data analysis and especial treatment for warping area that effect the computed rcsults in directly, establishes the warping area and improves stress distribution. And supplies the important theoretical basis and calculated datas for the design of Ligh quality equipment of the factory.
