| Abstract: | The formulae of the linear approximation theory with complex para meters are converted to a cubic equation for the computation of the real part of dielectric constant of electrode surface film. The equation is resolved through computer numerical methods. The value of dielectric constant can be used to judge the property of the surface film. The program is applied to the valuation of oxygen adsorption on Pt. The result is found to be reasonable. |
