湖南省高校科技期刊与非高校科技期刊编辑队伍现状比较分析

通过调查问卷法,从编辑人员数量、性别结构、职称结构、年龄结构4个方面对湖南省高校科技期刊与非高校科技编辑队伍现状进行分析与比较,得出高校科技期刊与非高校科技期刊在编辑人员数量配备上大体相当;高校科技期刊女编辑比例明显高于男编辑,而非高校科技期刊则相对平衡;高校科技期刊编辑队伍中高级职称比例高于非高校科技期刊,职称结构优于非高校科技期刊;高校科技期刊编辑队伍的年龄结构与非高校科技期刊相比,呈现年轻化.

Analysis of Editor Team Between University Scientific Journals and Non-University Scientific Journals

The investigation and analysis of editor team are constructed from the number of editors, the structures of sex, titles, and age between university scientific journals and non-university scientific journals.
