聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐型相容剂的研究

摘    要:采用马来酸酐或马来酸酯在不同条件下与聚丙烯(PP)进行接枝反应制备相容剂,并将其用于PP/PS,PP/PET,PP/ABS等聚合物的共混改性;比较了接枝物组成、配比、接枝方法等对相容剂性能的影响。通过力学性能测试,透射电镜观察等方法研究了相容剂在共混物中的作用。结果表明,相容剂的加入使不相容的两相高分子形成较细小的分散相,明显改善共混体系的加工性和力学性能,其中PP接枝马来酸酯相容剂的性能较优

Abstract:The compatibilizers were prepared by grafting maleate or maleic anhydride to polypropylene (PP) under various conditions, and they were used in some polymer alloy systems, such as PP/polystyrene, PP/polyethlene terephthalate, PP/ABS, etc. The features of compatibilizers made with different kinds of methods or different compositions were compared. The role of compatibilizer in polymer blends was investigated by measuring the mechanical strength and observing the morphologe of the blends. The blends with two kinds of uncompatible polymer could form fine dispersed phase when the compatibilizer was used. The processibility and mechanical properties of these blends could be improved. The compatibilizer made from maleate grafted PP was inferior to that made from maleic anhydride grafted PP.
