摘    要:目前蒙医学教育仍是以“三中心”教学体制为主,基础教学与临床教学脱节,学生学习兴趣不高,毕业后实际工作能力差,供需矛盾日益突出,本文以构建新的蒙医临床实践教学模式,加强临床实践教学水平,提高学生以临床思维和操作技能为内容的临床实践能力为目标.提出了让学生置身于特定的医疗环境,促进学生主动性,强化学生临床技能的训练;更新带教模式,与临床实践、社会实践相结合,培养学生学习能力和服务能力;建立相应的教与学评价体系等改革思路,以保持蒙医临床教学质量不断提高.

Abstract:The present education of Mongolian medicine is still based on "Three Centres" teaching system, which results in the teaching of basic medicine divorced from that of clinical medicine. On that condition students are not interested in studying and not competent for their own work after graduation. This contradiction between supply and demand is becoming more and more obvious. The author intends to establish a new teaching pattern to strengthen the instruction of chinical practice and improve students' capability by solving problems through clinical thinking. The new pattern assumedly put a student in a specific medical circumstance to help students take the initiative in studying and train their clinical skills. It also transforms the current guiding - practising pattern and integrates clinical practice with social practice. It can improve the quality of clinical instruction for Mongolian medicine through establishing the new evaluation system for teaching.
