摘    要:收缩薄膜在烘道式收缩包装机中的加热过程具有动态性质。研究该过程对合理确定加热室各主要技术参数及其自动调节方式,以保证收缩包装质量都是必要的。本文着重分析了收缩薄膜加热过程的基本机理,建立了相关的数学模型,还进行了数值模拟试验研究,得到有价值的计算结果,从而为我国大型收缩包装线的设计、研制提供了若干有价值的依据。

Abstract:The film shrinkage in heating process in shrink packaging machine is of dynamic nature. The study of the process is necessary for determination of major parameters of heat charmber and its automatic regulations to ensure the quality of shrink packaging. In this paper emphasis is laid on the analysis of basic mechanism for heating process of shrink film, and mathematical model established, the experimental study of numerical simulation is conducted with valuable calculated results obtained, thus providing the basis for the design and manufacture of the large-scale shrink packaging line in China.
