| 摘 要： | 目前,在高校仪器设备管理中存在着管理工作的地位和作用未受足够重视,仪器设备闲置、重置及浪费现象严重,设备归属不清,经营性资产与非经营性资产转化不规范,老化、破损设备淘汰率低,故障设备维修不及时,账、物、卡不相符等问题,直接影响了教学科研工作的质量和办学效益.为此,需提高认识,增强管理意识,服务意识,建立健全规章制度,加强仪器设备管理体系建设,加强管理中的环节控制,使计划管理、技术管理、采购管理、日常管理和管理体系相互协调,真正专业科学化、正规化、系统化的管理道路.
