城市活动区位建模：反思与更新

分析总结了影响城市活动区位的６个方面因素；历史背景，经济困难，政策政治因素，文化习俗，地理区位，历史和城市规划布局等，对两个经典的城市活动区位模型进行了评述，最后提出了几种适合我国城市特点的活动区位模型，人口系数模型，家庭容量模型和分类土地利用，就业岗位分布模型。

On Urban Activity Location Modelling: Review and Renew

The effective elements of urban activity location are summarized firstly, which are classfied into six major elements: social, economic, cultural, policy, historical, and traditional urban layout, etc. Two typical models of urban activity location are reviewed.Some critical limits of these models in application are pointed out. The paper is concerned with modelling technique of urban activity location in a new opinion, based on the analysis of the real process of urban activity location. Some new models of zone population and employment location are presented and applied to the urban transportation planning of two Chinese cities.
