摘    要:采用电导法的原理,利用鲜肉所含水分与其导电性之间的关系测定鲜肉的水分,取得与鲜肉电导成比例的信号,经信号变换处理电路后,利用单片机对其进行数据处理和校正,并显示水分含量。系统结构简单,操作方便,可准确反映鲜肉的水分含量。

Abstract:In this paper an approach for measuring the water content in fresh meat is studied.Based on the principle of conductometric method and utilized the relation between water content and conductibility of fresh meat,the water content is determined,and the signal in proportion to the conductance of fresh meat is obtained.Then,through signal alternation processing circuit,the data and updatesis manipulated by means of the single chip microcomputer and the water content is displayed .The system is advanced with simpler structure,convenient operation,and the water content is reflected precisely.
