摘    要:ZCK-Ⅱ是基于现代控制理论及算法的一种智能测控系统,由虚拟仪器、传感器、变频器、数据采集卡等单元组成。采用Labview编程,将温度、液位数值及变化曲线在上位机上进行实时显示,通过设定PID参数实现对温度和液位的最优化控制。该设备可以使学生更直观地理解现代控制理论知识,增强实际操作能力,提高学生的综合素质。

Abstract:ZCK-Ⅱ is an intelligent control system based on modern control theory and algorithm,which consists of virtual instrument,sensor,transducer,data acquisition card,etc.The temperature,liquid level value and the curve are displayed in the PC in real time by Labview.By setting the PID parameters the optimum control of temperature and liquid level is realized.The device can make students understand modern control theory intuitively,enhance practical skills and improve their overall quality.
