非对称油膜力作用下碰摩转子系统动力学分析

摘    要:综合考虑非对称油膜力、非线性刚度和非线性摩擦力的影响,建立了碰摩转子系统动力学模型。采用数值分析方法分析了碰摩转子系统的非线性动力学行为,研究了转速、非线性刚度比和速度影响因数对碰摩转子系统分岔和混沌行为的影响。发现非对称油膜力、非线性刚度和非线性摩擦力对转子系统动力学行为的影响与转速有很大关系,碰摩转子系统可以在较大参数范围内出现混沌运动状态,并且混沌运动的演化规律更为复杂。研究结果为今后有效识别同类转子故障提供可靠的理论基础和参考依据。

Abstract:Considering the effect of non-symmetry film force, nonlinear stiffness and nonlinear friction force, a dynamical model of rub-impact rotor system is established, then the nonlinear dynamical behavior is researched by numerical analysis method. The effect of rotaion speed, nonlinear stiffness ratio and speed effect factor on brifurcation and chaotic behavior for rub-impact rotor system is comprehensively analyzed. The analysis results show the effect of non-symmetry film force, nonlinear stiffness and nonlinear friction force on dynamical behavior of rotor system has great relation with rotation speed. The chaotic behavior could exist in a widder parameter region, and the chaotic evolutive rule is more complicated. The research provides a reliable theory base and reference for diagnosing same fault of rotor effectively for the future.
