基于N-S方程的储层渗流与孔眼管流耦合分析

摘    要:为了实现储层渗流与孔眼管流全耦合模拟分析,应用多孔介质渗流力学、流固耦合理论,建立了应力作用下油藏流固耦合数学模型,依据流体动力学管流理论用Navier-Stokes方程控制井筒和孔眼中流体流动;采用多重物理量耦合分析软件COMSOL Multiphysic对所建的模型进行数值模拟分析,实现了对四个偏微分方程组的全耦合求解,对模拟结果的研究表明孔眼末端压降和应变最大,该处岩石容易失稳,模拟结果证明所建模型和求解方法是有效的。

Abstract:To realize full coupling simulating analysis of reservoir seepage and perforation pipeline, the numerical model of oil fluid-solid coupling is established under stress, with the application of porous medium mechanics and flow and solid coupling theory. On the basis of the hydrokinetics pipe flow theory, the flow in well and well bore is controlled by the Navier-Stokes equation. The established model is analyzed numerically with COMSOL Multiphysic, a multi-physical quantity coupling analyzing software. And four systems of partial differential equations are resolved with unity coupling. The study on simulation results shows that the pressure drop and strain are the biggest at the perforation. The rocks at the spot are easy to collapse. The simulation result proves that the established model and solution are effective.
