模糊PID控制在除氧系统中的应用

摘    要:目的对除氧器进行控制,达到更好的除去有害气体、尤其是水中溶解氧的目的,减小锅炉设备的腐蚀。方法对除氧系统进行深入分析和研究,提出用模糊PID方法对除氧器温度进行控制,使用MATLAB的模糊工具箱结合SIMULINK对系统进行仿真,比较模糊PID控制和常规PID控制的仿真结果。结果模糊PID控制较常规PID控制响应速度快,系统超调量小,鲁棒性好,调节精度高。结论可使除氧器温度控制在104±3℃,达到控制要求。

Abstract:Aim Deaerator will be conrolled to remove the harmful gas, especially oxygen in water to decrease the devices corrosion. Methods The deaerator controller is studied in detail and a fuzzy PID controller is put forward. Results A simulation is performed in MATLAB. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control has rapid response speed, small overshoot and good robustness. Conclusion The temperature of deaerator can be controlled at the level of 104±3 ℃.
