摘    要:对描述材料疲劳损伤过程的智能仿真方法进行了研究,建立了新的模型·它能定量地反映载荷顺序效应和材料疲劳特性,准确地描述材料疲劳损伤的复杂变化历程,材料的疲劳韧性视为常量,可作为失效判据·选用正火35钢进行了两级载荷及随机载荷疲劳试验,两种载荷作用下其寿命估算的最大误差分别为15-74%和8-9%·其寿命估算值与试验值吻合较好,分析精度较高·

Abstract:A kind of intellectual method of describing the fatigue damage processing of material was investigated. A new model based on BP Network was presented, the effect of loading sequence and material fatigue properties can be reflected by applying this model. Fatigue toughness of material is a constant, so that it can be considered as a failure criterion. Fatigue experiments of two level loading and random loading were performed by using normalizing 35 carbon steel, the maximum errors under two kinds of loading are respectively 15 74% and 8 9%, the agreement of values of predicted fatigue life and test were found to be quite good, the analyzing accuracy is very high.
