超低水分贮存对小麦种子生活力及活力的影响

摘    要:试验采用氯化钙为干燥剂对新冬2号和解放3号小麦种子进行超干处理和贮藏,以研究其对种子生活力和活力的影响。结果表明,新冬2号种子水分降到2.32%,解放3号种子水分降到2.44%,未发现对种子生活力和活力有明显的影响。对不同含水量的新冬2号和解放3号种子室温密闭贮存9个月后的试验结果发现,超低水分种子生活力和活力较高,细胞膜能保持较好的完整性,脱氢酶活性较高。由此可见,赵干贮藏有利于保持冬春麦种子的生活力和活力。

Abstract:This expriment uses the calcium chlorine as drier and treat the seed under ultralow water condition for xin Dong No. 2 and Jie Fang No. 3, So as to study the effects of seed on life-force and vitality. The results show that it is no effects on life-force and vitatity of seed when xin Dong No. 2 water of seed dropped 2. 32% and Jie Fang No. 3 water ofseed dropped 2. 44% storing them in ultralow water and airtight shaft for nine months. The result shows that the life-force and vitatity are high and its cell membrane remain completed. Its vitatitg of dehydrogenase is high so it is advangtageous to store spring wheat seed in this condition
