摘    要:从膜脂相变、膜透性及稳定性、活性氧自由基、保护酶系、质膜蛋白等方面概述了温度胁迫下果树膜系统的变化,同时提出了提高膜系统抗性和修复能力的措施.

Abstract:This paper reviews the recent research progresses in temperature stresses on the change of membrane lipid, plasma permeability, active oxygen and free radical, protective enzyme system and plasma proteins. Meanwhile, it also gives some measures to enhance the resistance and the restoration power of cellular membrane.
