作战飞机总体设计方案评审指标体系研究

摘    要:作战飞机总体设计方案评审是飞机研制过程的关键环节。而方案评审指标体系的制订是保证评审结论科学合理的重要基础。针对现代作战飞机的发展,其总体设计方案评审中需要考虑的因素也相应变化。根据作战飞机发展的新技术、新思想及其总体设计方案评审的特点,提出采用任务能力、可用性或战备完好性、战时生存性、安全性、经济可承受性及研制风险等作为评审指标,并给出了以上指标的分解及计算方法。研究结果可为作战飞机总体设计方案评审。总体参数权衡决策提供支持。

Abstract:The comprehensive evaluation for conceptual/preliminary design of combat aircraft is an important phase in the development of aircraft, and the establishment of the index system is an important basis for the evaluation. Factors that must be considered in the comprehensive evaluation will inevitably change with the development of combat aircraft. The mission capability, availability or operational readiness, wartime survivability, safety, affordability, and risk are put forward as the criteria of conceptual/preliminary design comprehensive evaluation of combat aircraft. Then the solution defining all evaluation indexes is presented. The results may render some support for the comprehensive evaluation and parameter trade-off analysis of the combat aircraft.
