摘    要:采用固相法制备Ba2+掺杂Y0.75 Bi0.15 Sm0.10 VO4荧光粉粉末样品.用X射线衍射和荧光分光光度计对样品的结构和光学性质进行了研究.结果表明:Ba加入并没有改变样品的晶体结构,但大大提高了荧光粉的发光强度.相关机理在文中给出了解释.

Abstract:Ba2+‐doped Y0 .75 Bi0 .15 Sm0 .10 VO4 were synthesized using a conventional solid‐state reaction route .X‐ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to investigate the effects of doping Ba2+ ions on the crystal structure and luminescence properties of the samples .The XRD results indicated that the crystal structure type of the host had not been changed by doping Ba2+ ions .The photoluminescent intensity was enhanced by Ba2+‐doping for Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4 phosphors ,and the related mechanism was discussed .
