血浆胆红素吸附联合CRRT治疗高胆红素血症一例护理体会

针对高胆红素血症患者由于胆红素代谢引起的障碍,为阻止肝功能的进一步恶化,减轻胆红素、内毒素对肝功能的损害,研究采用血浆胆红素吸附（BA）联合连续肾脏替代疗法（CRRT）治疗一位重症高胆红素血症患者,疗效显著.基于该临床资料,总结得出了心理护理和术前、术中、术后的护理体会,着重观察、研究各项指标,总结得出了及时正确地处理各种报警的方法.BA联合CRRT治疗模式,充分发挥了两种治疗模式的各自治疗作用,同时相互弥补了两种治疗模式单独应用时的不足,能及时为高胆红素血症患者提供人工肝支持治疗,延缓疾病的发展,提高对肝功能衰竭患者的救治水平.

Nursing of a Hyperbilirubinemia Case Treated with Plasma Bilirubin Absorption and CRRT

Aimed to prevent further deterioration of hyperbilirubinemia patients liver function which caused by the obstacle of bilirubin metabolism and reduce the lesion by bilirubin and endotoxin, a serious hyperbilirubinemia patient,treated with the combination of plasma hilirubin absorption （BA） and continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT）,was intensively observed and the therapeutic effects of the preoperative and intraoperative and postoperative nursing was researched. The results showed that the combined treatment with BA and CRRT not only fully performed the respective function of the two modes but removed the respective disadvantages of the modes as well, and timely providing artificial liver supporting treatment for hyperbilirubinemia patients and delaying the progress of the disease.
