摘    要:设计合成了12个4'-取代黄酮衍生物(其中1个为新化合物),其结构通过1 H NMR进行了表征.采用MTT法测定了这些化合物对Hela肿瘤细胞株的体外抗肿瘤增殖活性,初步的构效关系研究表明,黄酮母核的4’-位F取代时体外抗肿瘤活性强于其他3种基团取代,优选出的化合物7b具有潜在的抗肿瘤增殖活性,具有深入研究的价值.

Abstract:Twelve flavone derivatives(one of them was new)were synthesized and the structures of them were characterized through ^1 H NMR. The in vitro anti-tumor activities of the derivatives against Hela cell lines were determined by MTT. Preliminary structure-activity relationship(SAR)studies indicated that the antitumor activities of 4CF replaced flavones were better than those of the other three substituted groups and compound 7b exhibited potentially high proliferation activity against Hela human cervical carcinoma cell lines.
