| 摘 要： | 细菌战诉讼案大致经历了准备阶段、起诉阶段、一审阶段、二审阶段、三审阶段，其结果以败诉告终。这场诉讼虽然败诉了，但它仍然具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义：锁定了侵华日军实施细菌战的罪行；推动了人们对侵华日军细菌战罪行的调查和学术研究；激发了广大群众的爱国热情；扩大了社会影响，引起了世界关注。细菌战诉讼案告诉人们：和平是全世界人民的共同愿望，战争罪行终究逃不过历史的惩罚；对日索赔与中、日友好并不矛盾；抢救历史刻不容缓；把爱国热情化为实际行动，把祖国建设得更加强大。

| Abstract: | BW suit experienced generally preparation stage, prosecuting stage, first instance stage, second instance and third instance. Finally, it ended up with failure. However, it is of great significance in the following aspects： confirming the Japan BW crime; promoting the investigation and academic study of BW crime; stimulating Chinese people＇s patriotic passion; enlarge social influence and arousing international attention. BW suit show people all over the world that peace is the common aim of people all over the world and war crime can not escape the punishment of history. There is no contradiction between claiming damages from Japan and the friendly relationship between China and Japan. It is urgent to save historical records. It is necessary to convert patriotic passion into action and build China into a more powerful country. |
