基于软判决的无线资源管理延迟的测量方法

摘    要:研究了宽带码分多址 (widebandcodedivisionmultipleaccess ,WCDMA)标准中无线资源管理延迟的测量 ,提出软判决的测量方法 ,此方法基于统计学原理 ,其测量时间不固定 ,以一定的置信度 (例如 95% )对用户设备 (UE)的延迟参数进行“合格 /不合格”的判定 ,从而比传统硬判决的测量方法更适合测量像无线资源管理延迟这样的受随机环境影响较大的参数 .Matlab的仿真结果证明了这个方法的可行性 ,为第三代移动通信无线资源管理延迟的测量提供了理论参考

Abstract:The delays of radio resource management(RRM) are critically important parameters to evaluate the quality of the user equipment (UE) in a universal mobile teleco mmunication system(UMTS).In this paper a soft-decision method,which is based on statistic theories,is proposed to measure these parameters.The measurement proc ess will not end until the result satisfies a certain confidence level (95% for example),i.e. not until a fix measurement time.In comparison with hard-decision m easurement method,which is mentioned in the specification of 3GPP,this measureme nt is efficient to evaluate stochastic parameters,like RRM delays.This method,wh ich has been proved by the simulation with Matlab,is a valuable reference for th e measurement of RRM delays in wideband code division access(WCDMA).
