| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来随着国民法学意识的增强,法学教育已成为时代的“显学”。然而我国传统的法学教育,在理念意识、培养目标与模式、教育体制以及内容与形式等方面都面临着严峻的挑战,存在着诸多的矛盾和问题,这将直接影响我国法制建设的进程。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up,accompanied with the strengthening of people's legal sense,the law education has been the spot subject today.However,the traditional law education is confronted with many challenges and contradicts and problems exist in the aspects of idea and sense,education aim and pattern,the educational system and content and form.And this will influence the construction of our law system directly. |
